Sometimes you’ve gotta change your mind, and that’s totally cool! If something’s not working out, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll give you the scoop on sending it back. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging as received.

Important stuff:

• Shipping cost, duties, and taxes of the return are responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping costs from the initial order.
• The customer is responsible for the item(s) until it has been delivered to our warehouse. Please keep a receipt until you receive your refund.

Quick Notes:

• Discounted items are final sale (so choose carefully!).
• Items must come back with no visible signs of use
• Returns on international orders aren’t accepted.
• We’re not liable for packages after they’re delivered, so keep a watchful eye out for your goodies!

To initiate a return, just email us at hello@themessypaws.com with your name, order number, and what you’d like to return. We’ll send you a return form and our address.

Tip:
We HIGHLY recommend using certified mail or a reliable courier and keeping that proof of shipment safe. Unfortunately, we don’t cover return shipping fees (unless it’s a mix-up or a damaged item), but we’re working on it!

Yes! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we’re happy to cancel and refund it. Just email hello@themessypaws.com with your order number and cancellation request. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to receive it and then process a return.

Yep, for the most part. Just go to https://returns.themessypaws.com. Unfortunately We cannot accept exchange for International orders and final sale items.
